Is anything too hard for the Lord? No.
Does He know your or my current difficult circumstance? Yes.
Could He change the circumstance if He wished to? Yes.
Does God love us & others? Yes.
Therefore our current circumstances - no matter how difficult - are being used by God for our and/or others' good.
Think Job. Think Hebrews 12. Think Jesus.
Now I need to go back and apply this to myself!:)

This reminds me of Psalm 115:3 "But our God is in the heavens: he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased."
While my sister Patty was fighting breast cancer, we held a benefit for her. As a thank you gift, she gave each of her sisters a 2 year planner with that verse on the front. That was in Dec 2002.
She passed away in April of 2003. I had one of those beautiful scripture verse calendars on my wall at the time. Guess which verse was written across April's picture? Psalm 115:3! I took that as a personal msg from God that he had some deeper reason for taking my sister home to be with Him. Not that he COULDN'T have healed her, just that it was not His will.
Yep, it is tough. Working hard on being content and looking strongly to God for His provision right now.
Still no work for Donnie, despite actually "having" a job.
I was mistaken. Psalm 115:3 is very similar, but I found the actual calendar and day planner...and the verse I was referring to is actually, Psalm 135:6 ~ The Lord does whatever pleases Him, in the heavens, on the earth, in the seas, and all their depths.
